Returns Policy

You can cancel your order at anytime before the confirmation of the completed works. Cancelations within 14days of order will receive a full refund. After the 14 day cooling off period the cost of the materials will be deducted from the total order price. As a small artisan company every order matters to our margins and the material costs are some of the largest out lay (the rest is our skills and time). 

If in the unlikely situation that you have received your item and there is a manufacture fault, you can return the item and we will resolve the issue. If you receive the item and you are dissatisfied due to personal taste or change of mind, due to the nature of the handmade item we cannot offer a full refund but we are happy to work with you on making the piece more appealing to you where we can. 

You can request to see pictorial and video evidence of your item being manufactured at any time, we are an open and transparent company and want you to know that your item is 100% yours at all time. This confidence in our procedure you can read on our Process Page.

Any returns to be emailed in the first instance to info@ashesbyvictoria.co.uk with the subject Return and your order number. From this point of communication we will correspond on appropriate actions.
