I ordered the 5mm charm bead in gold, with a gemstone. It is perfect. Subtle, not too big. A bit heavier than expected, though not an issue. It sits nicely on my chain or on my bracelet.
Process from ordering to receiving my charm took approximately 7 weeks (slight delay, which was out of Victoria's control), but it was definitely worth the wait. So pleased with it.
Can't fault any correspondence, dealt promptly with my query and were helpful.
The personal touch with the packaging was also lovely and much appreciated.
Overall I would highly recommend Ashes by Victoria.

I made this ring made in gold with my dad’s ashes and finished with an alexandrite stone to mark his birthday. It is so delicate yet stands out. It’s so nice to be able to have him close.
